Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Yes, walk-ins are welcome. However, booking in advance is recommended to ensure we can prepare the pieces you’re interested in and provide a tailored consultation.
Orders & Production
What does “made-to-order” mean?
Made-to-order means that each piece is crafted especially for you after your order is placed.
Because every jewel is made individually, production times are slightly longer than for ready-to-ship items.
Can I customize or personalize a piece of jewellery?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke jewellery.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries through trusted couriers specialized in luxury jewellery transport.
All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
How long does shipping take?
- In stock: 3–7 working days
- Made-to-order or out of stock: up to 14 working days, unless stated otherwise.
What are your shipping costs?
- Free shipping on orders over €1,000
- €30 on orders under €1,000
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a Track & Trace email with the latest delivery information.
If my order is shipped internationally, will I be required to pay fees, duties, or taxes?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.
These costs are the responsibility of the recipient.
If an international shipment is refused, the original shipping cost, import fees, and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my package is undeliverable or returned?
Customers are responsible for shipping charges on any undeliverable or bounced packages.
Returns, Resizing & Repairs
What is your return policy?
All our jewellery is made to order, crafted exclusively for each client.
Because of this personalized production process, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping to guarantee quality and perfection.
Can I resize my ring?
Yes, resizing is possible for most rings depending on the design.
Resizing typically takes 1–2 working days (exact cost provided upon request).
What should I do if my jewellery needs repair?
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Brilliant Antwerp piece.
If your jewel needs repair, please contact us with photos and details — we’ll guide you through the process.
Is there a warranty on my jewellery?
Yes, all Brilliant Antwerp jewellery comes with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse.
After one year, repair fees may apply.
Repairs or alterations performed by another jeweller will void the warranty.
Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading due to exposure to water or chemicals.
Materials & Diamonds
What does “LG” stand for?
“LG” stands for Lab Grown.
If “LG” appears in a product option, it means the piece is made with Lab Grown diamonds instead of natural diamonds.
