Repairs
Jewellery is delicate by nature, and we understand that even the finest pieces may occasionally need attention.
At Brilliant Antwerp, we’re happy to offer complimentary repairs for items purchased through our store or website within the first 365 days of receiving your order. All our jewels come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse or wear.
Repairs requested after 365 days, or repairs required due to misuse or accidental damage, will incur repair and shipping fees at the customer’s expense.
Please note that our repair policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as:
- Scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals or gemstones
- Damage caused by chemicals, perfumes, or water exposure
- Loose or falling diamonds/gemstones resulting from everyday wear
For international clients, two-way shipping costs will apply.
Resizing
Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. Resizing prices depend on the design and is at the customer’s expense.
This repair policy only applies to items purchased directly from Brilliant Antwerp.
We cannot take responsibility for any jewellery that has been altered or repaired by another jeweller — doing so will void any warranty or service guarantee provided by us.
Jewellery is meant to be worn, cherished, and passed on — and occasional repairs are part of its story.
